7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

On Wednesdays 23rd September, 28th October and 25th November we will be having a time of prayer in church specifically to cover the progress of the planning process and application with respect to our grounds and buildings. The prayer times will be from 7.30pm to 9pm in church. There will be a short time of bible reading and teaching to prepare our hearts and minds for prayer, followed by a time of led and open prayer. It is hoped that we will develop this prayer time further in the near future to include other aspects of our church’s life and ministry: for the autumn it will focus on the development agenda. Please come along and commit all that we are doing to prayer so that God’s will is realised amongst us as we seek to develop our mission and ministry – for that should be our only concern.

COLLECT FOR THE FOURTEENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY
Merciful God,
your Son came to save us
and bore our sins on the cross:
may we trust in your mercy
and know your love,
rejoicing in the righteousness
that is ours through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
