The next Messy Church event will be on 28th November from 3pm to 5pm in the Church Hall
Messy Church is for families with children. Our time together includes:
- CRAFT
- STORIES
- TIME OF PRAISE & WORSHIP
- & SHARE A MEAL TOGETHER
We will be looking at how we can enjoy the Season of Advent and get ready for Christmas. We’d love to see you there!
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There is no charge for the event. Donations are welcome.

The next men’s breakfast will be held in the church hall on Saturday 14th November from 8.00am till about 9.00am. Our speaker will be David Street who will continue our theme this year of some aspects of Jesus’ encounters with different men throughout his time on earth and he will focus on Zacchaeus (a greedy / wealthy man) and how this may impact on our lives today. As usual, we have breakfast, a time of sharing joys and concerns, followed by our talk, then prayers and finishing off with a resounding hymn to send us on our way! A great way to start the weekend! CHRISTMAS CHOIR PRACTICES start soon and we need extra voices for our Carols by Candlelight service which is on Sunday 20th December at 6 30pm. We can use all voices but particularly need ALTOS. If you are interested please see me, or just turn up to our practices. We meet every Thursday in Church at 8 00pm, starting on the 5th November. Alan Thwaite (727 3334)

Why not come along and make some really creative Christmas cards for the special people in your life – materials are all provided, as are the fun, fellowship and refreshments! New Date! Friday 13th November,7pm, in the Church Hall. We are having a Fish and Chips meal with drinks and desserts, tea and coffee. Would all P.P’s who would like to come, please, sign the form at the back of Church, from Sunday 25th Oct and would those they pray for, who would like to join us, please, also add your names, so that we have correct numbers for catering.
