Praise God:
· That He comes to us as the Babe of Bethlehem
· That He comes to us as Crucified Saviour and Risen Lord
· That He is Emmanuel, God with us
Please pray for:
· Our prayerful and careful reflection on how we personally will respond to the ‘Open for All’ initiative, with its exclusive focus at this stage on the re-development of the Church Hall into the new All Saints’ Centre
· The children being baptised on December 18th at 11am, Charlie Gunn, Louis Gunn, Harry Delahunt, Deborah Delahunt, Kate Atkinson, Sam Atkinson. that they and their families will grow in their love of Christ and their knowledge of His saving love for them
· Our worship services over Christmas, and the services in our sister churches locally, that they may witness to the Incarnate Lord with joy, clarity and effect
· All those working in the emergency services over Christmas, for protection and safety
· Those who will be spending a first Christmas without someone they love, that God will be their comfort and strength
· All those who are ill in body or mind at this time, that they will know the presence of God in their troubles
· Each of us to resolve to walk faithfully with God in the New Year in committed and practical discipleship
· Rest for those who labour in the Gospel, especially the leaders and helpers in all our ministries and groups
· Those who are homeless and refugees at this time, or caught up in places of conflict, that they will find shelter, rest and peace
