‘Open for All’ update   Some folk have already begun their fundraising for ‘Open for All’.  They have done the following:

·         Organised a Tea Dance – £420

·         Asked for birthday money, not presents, and donated the total – £200

·         Got sponsors for last week’s Santa Dash -£100

·         Hosted Festive Fun – £240

·         Held a Playgroup Toy and Cake sale – £345

These five ideas alone have raised £1,305, which is  brilliant – thank you! So, what can you do to help build our new Centre and help us serve our community better?

What ideas have you got for raising money in 2012?

The next bookworms will be held on Monday 23rd January at 8.00p.m. in the Childwall Abbey hotel. We will be discussing “One Day” by David Nicholls .There is no charge for this event and everyone is invited.
