We are extremely privileged and delighted, due to a strong network of volunteers, to be able to provide meetings for most sections of the boy’s brigade and the scouting & guiding movements.

On the second Sunday of every month (except August), a parade service is held in church starting at 11.00 a.m following the parade itself complete with marching band. All children and their carers and families are warmly invited to join this action packed, fun filled service of worship.
ANCHOR BOYS
Anchors, distinguishable by their vibrant red jumpers, have lots of fun doing different activities which include; crafts, music, games, sport, stories, trips and working towards their badges. They work hard in these areas:

BEAVER SCOUTS
Easily recognised by their distinctive turquoise sweatshirts, Beaver scouts enjoy making friends, palying games, going on visits and helping others. They meet together once a week in their beaver colony.

CUB SCOUTS
There are loads of things that you can do as a cub scout. You will get a chance to try lots of activities like swimming, music, exploring and collecting. If you do them properly, you will earn a badge which you can wear on your uniform.
Cub scouts also get to go on trips and days out. Sometimes you will be able to go camping with the rest of your pack.

BLUE RAINBOWS
Rainbows have fun! They take part in games and activities as part of their programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw. Everything a Rainbow does helps her to develop and to think for herself, in a safe girl-only environment. Rainbows make this simple Promise that they share with members around the world:

BROWNIES
- Brownies belong to a Pack and work in small groups called Sixes. This gives each girl a group of ready-made friends to take care of her. It also makes her feel that she belongs to something special.
- Brownies meet regularly and there are often opportunities for Brownies to take part in special activities and events throughout the year.
- We have two Brownie packs that meet each week.
