We are delighted to announce our new vicar will be the Revd Andrew Colmer.
Archdeacon Mike says:
“I’m really pleased to commend to you the Revd Andrew Colmer as your new Vicar. Andrew comes to All Saints from his role as Academy Chaplain at the Academy of St Nicholas. Andrew was ordained in Liverpool Diocese in 1997 and has previously served at St Bartholomew’s Roby, Bootle Team Ministry and All Souls Springwood.
Andrew is a gifted and inspiring leader who listens deeply and desires to see people and communities grow to be all they can be. Andrew will bring to All Saints an array of experience as well as enthusiasm and a real sense of call to see a bigger church making a bigger difference in Childwall and beyond.
Thank you all for your prayers during this time of discernment. A date for Andrew’s installation service has not yet been finalised.”
Revd Andrew Colmer says:
“I feel very humbled to be appointed as the next Vicar of All Saints Childwall, but I am also very excited to join in with all that God is doing already.
I am looking forward to serving alongside you all and to lead us into the next chapter that God has got planned.
My prayer for all of us is that we will listen to God’s voice together, and follow as He leads.
